Pricing:

  • Super Low Pricing available on orders of 5 or more cases.
  • Regular Low Pricing available on orders of 1-4 cases.
  • Carton Pricing available on orders of less than 1 full case.

Shipping:

  • Customer pays shipping charges on all orders.
  • Call us for a quote on shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. provinces.

Warm Weather Shipping:

The Foreign Candy Company, Inc., works hard to ensure that your candy arrives in the best possible condition. During warm weather months shipping charges will be increased to offset costs of additional packaging material. The Foreign Candy Company Inc. will not be responsible for any items damaged by heat.

Upon Receipt of Order:

Immediately verify that your order is complete as shipped and that the condition of the product is satisfactory. Note all shorted or damaged candy on the bill of lading (truck deliveries) or on signature space (UPS deliveries). All damages or shortages of products must be reported to The Foreign Candy Company Inc. customer service department at 1-800- 597-0416 within 3 business days of delivery of the order.

Return Policy:

To ensure factory freshness of each order, we cannot accept returns of edible products or seasonal items.

The Foreign Candy Company, Inc. reserves the right to change prices, product info, profits or product mix that are incorrect due to misprints or manufacturer changes.
